Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to determine the impact of work-family conflict and safety climate on fatigue. It is predicted that there is positive relationship between work-family conflict and fatigue, and also there is negative relationship between safety climate factors and fatigue. In this manner, after definiton of marine pliot’s job spesifications, the literature related safety climate and fatigue was handled. Then, the literature about work-family conflict and fatigue was studied. The paper is empirically based on the primary data collected from 100 marine pilots’ in Turkey. Data obtained from questionnaires have been analyzed through the SPSS statistical packet program, correlation and hierarchical regression analysis.
