Purpose – In a company in commercial life, the organizational network, which is formed as a result of the interaction of the businesses that carry out their activities in line with common goals and in this common order, both in their own order and with other similar organizations increases its importance. The analysis of this communicative process of the organization is necessary in terms of business management. With this study, in order to create a Thirty-Five (35) question scale for the Organizational Network Scale, Hilde van Baal, in her thesis study titled “Inter-organizational networks in the industry, the role of configurations of network properties on network efficiency” prepared by Hilde van Baal at Tilburg University in the Netherlands in 2014. 57) questions are taken from the scale items and it is aimed to adapt them to Turkish. Design/methodology/approach- The Turkish form of the scale was first conducted with a pre-test study of 122 people. Before this process, translations were made in terms of vertical compatibility. Crombah Alpha on the scale resulted as α= 0.984. Regarding the scale, the state of different shapes was tested and it was determined that there was only one dimension regarding the scale. Results – The value related to Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) measurement was 0.953. The value in the “Barlett” test applied for the factor analysis result was found to be 4986,801 (p=0.000). In terms of reliability, the scale was found to be reliable and valid with the Crombah Alpha result being α= 0.984. The Eigen Value result of the scale was obtained as 22,811. The total variance situation for the overall scale, on the other hand, resulted in a result of 65.175%. Discussion- All items of the scale were found to be statistically significant. With the CFA and EFA methods for construct validity, the final version of the adaptation process of the questionnaire was reached, and it was concluded that the scale was reliable and valid. As a result of all these, it has been concluded that the scale is a scale that can be used in survey studies to be carried out in Turkey as the desired measurement tool.
