Abstract

Study aimed to figure out the relationship between job satisfaction, supervisor support and personnel empowerment based on Social Exchange theory by using the Structural Equation Model. To test the model, 20 questions survey and demographic variables were used in this study. Survey was delivered the Turkish Petroleum Corporation (TPAO) and Turkish Petroleum International Company (TPIC) employees, and 234 returned survey were appropriate to use in this study. There was a positive relationship found between job satisfaction, supervisor support and personnel empowerment. On the other hand, there was found various differences among some demographic variable.
