Purpose - The purpose of this research is to examine the validity and reliability of the ethical voice scale developed by Zheng et al. (2021) by adapting it to Turkish. Design/methodology/approach - Within the scope of this purpose, data were obtained from 191 teachers working in Erzincan province in Turkey through a survey. In the Turkish adaptation of the Ethical Voice Scale, SPSS 25 and AMOS 24 statistical programs were used to determine the reliability, structural and convergent validity of the scale. Findings - According to the findings, the Cronbach Alpha value of the scale was 0.82. This value shows that the reliability of the ethical voice scale is high. In the confirmatory factor analysis findings, it was determined that the ethical voice scale was compatible with the single-factor structure. Discussion - In conclusion, the findings obtained as a result of all the analyses conducted show that the ethical voice scale is reliable and valid for use in studies to be conducted in Turkey.
