Abstract

Establish specific or general relations between the individual and the institution of organizational commitment that allows to shape the whole behavior is also providing continuity in the running of the institution. In this study, primary and secondary school principals help the relationship between organizational commitment levels and perceptions about the school culture were investigated. The universe of the 2013-2014 year in Yalova province and district centers working in 109 primary and secondary schools constitute 81 deputy director. In the scan type of the study, School Culture Scale and Organizational Commitment Scale was used the results of the research; normative commitment level with emotional commitment levels, showed that the higher the continued loyalty. Organizational commitment of the explanatory variables as in the linear regression model created using the organizational culture according to the ANOVA model was significant addition to the coefficient of determination. Model (corrected) was calculated as 0.326 Accordingly 32,6's% of the variance in organizational commitment is explained.By the linear regression model of organizational culture variables with tapping made by Student t-test according to both factors were found significant precisely the regression based on these findings, estimate (Organizational Commitment) = 1.22 + 0.523 * (Organizational Culture) has been achieved. According to the organization's culture 1 br increase, 0.523 br in organizational commitment is expected to cause increased.
