It was also revealed that talent management perceptions had an effect on work engagement and life satisfaction levels; and work engagement levels had an effect on life satisfaction.
Discussion – According to these results, creating a suitable work environment for employees allows them to use their talents in the most efficient way, and can also increase the level of commitment of employees to their work. Since employees feeling valued can be an encouraging factor in terms of dedication to their work, the organization's contribution to employees' career development, organizational structure and leadership styles can also increase this sense of commitment. In addition, talent management practices applied in the organization and the effective work environment created for employees to reveal their talents can increase the individual's job satisfaction and contribute to their general life satisfaction. The reason for this is that correct talent management practices allow the individual to express themselves and use their potential. This can increase both the individual's job and general life satisfaction.
