Organizational Identification Mediating Role On The Effect Perception Of Corporate Reputation On Job Satisfaction: An Application On The Universities In The Eastern Anatolia Region

The aim of this study is to obtain the mediating role of organizational identification in relationship whith perception of corporate reputation perception and job satisfaction. The sample of the study consists of academic and administrative staff in the university in the East Anatolia Region. The study contains both literature review and field research towards academic and administrative staff among in group, 883 samples have been chosen randomly and the analysis have been made on them. On the acquired data of the study trough “Structural Equational Model” and confirmatory factor analysis have been applied. For this analysis, AMOS 18.0 programme has been used. In the consequence of the research, some findings supporting the suggested hypothesis have been acquired. In this context, positive linear releationship have beeen obtained between perception of corporate reputation and job satisfaction/ organizational identification. The mediating role of organizational identification between perception of corporate reputation and job satisfaction which consist of the main hypothesis of the study has been discovered.
