Use of Enterprise Resource Systems in Turkey's Businesses

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine use of Enterprise Resource Planning systems in businesses and to examine the factors that affect it.. For this purpose, data were gathered by face to face survey conducted by 204 managers in the first 100 companies in Turkey Capital 500. The results of the analysis show that managers those who are male ang higher level of education are more likely to use Enterprise Resource Planning systems. In addition, it is determined that managers who do not use these systems freely share information, team work and employees support each other and intend to use the system.
