The Impact of Mobile Applications Developed in Finance on Financial Literacy

Policies on financial literacy have been developed since 2012, especially by the G20 and OECD countries, including Turkey, as a priority global policy. Although the use of mobile devices has increased in the last decade, new opportunities have emerged by facilitating access to information. This study aims to examine whether mobile applications developed on financial markets and literacy can influence financial literacy and help individuals become effective financial actors by directing the use of the internet. In this research, as an example, Faculty of Economics and administrative Sciences, Faculty of Business Administration, Faculty of Economics, etc. Adnan Menderes university students who have been educated in faculties and vocational schools have been selected. The findings of the research will make significant contributions to the information stock, which is one of the most important production factors of the information economy, by revealing original values both in Turkey and in the global context with its scientific and technological aspects.
