Abstract

The research is carried out for police officers working at the Diyarbakır Police Department in the Southeastern Anatolia region of Turkey. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between the concepts of job performance, burnout, and workaholism of the police officers. Research data are collected by questionnaires and 189 questionnaires were used for the analysis. The correlation, regression, t-Test and Anova analyzes are applied to the research data in the SPSS program. At the end of the research, a low level negative relation is found between the concepts of job performance, burnout, and workaholism. It is also determined that there were no significant differences between the demographic variables and the research subjects at the significance level of 0,05.
