Abstract

Moderating role of organizational culture on effect of talent management to organizational cynicism which is crucial for strategic human resource management, It provides enlightening information to administrators and practitioners through empirical findings by determining whether talent management practices, which are crucial to achieving strategic goals and objectives of organizations, have an effect on negative attitudes and behaviors such as organizational cynicism and whether this influential organization has a moderating role. The sample of the study is composed of the Ministry of Finance Defterdarlık employees (N = 100) who serve in the public sector in Aksaray. The relation between the obtained data and dependent, independent and moderating variables was investigated with the research model. As a result of the research, it has been determined that talent management negatively and significantly effects organizational cynicism. It has also been determined that organizational culture plays a moderating role in relation to dependent and independent variables.
