Interactive Creativity Approach As Microfoundations of Dynamic Capabilities

This study is based on criticisms of the assumption of rational actors (managers) of dynamic capabilities. What are the variables that influence the creative behaviors of individuals in the formation and renewal of dynamic capabilities working on the basis of these criticisms? is looking for answers. For this purpose, the concepts related to the interactional creative approach in the discipline of psychology were used to understand the variables affecting the creative behaviors of the micro bases of dynamic capabilities. As a result, a conceptual model has been developed that enables the creative behaviors of individuals acting on collective level dynamic capabilities and the contextual, personal and social variables that affect these behaviors.
