Purpose -This business purpose explores the impact of organizational learning on organizational performance. Facing the current globalization and rivalries with others while creating their strategies, policies and organizational structures so that businesses can deliver. Some other differentiation and adding value to the customer by improving their basic skills can only be possible with the correct communication of human resources and their work. Design\methodology\approach – The sample of the research is 170 employees at the Hormuud Telecom enterprise in Somalia. Findings- As a conclusion of the study it was found that organizational learning has a significantly positive impact on business performance. Discussion – The results showed that organizational learning affects organizational performance. The constant change in the internal and external factors of the business makes it difficult to increase customer satisfaction and competitive advantage. This shows the importance of organizational learning.
