Purpose – This work; It aims to examine the effect of lean production management model on employee productivity at the scale of enterprises operating in the automotive sector and applying lean production management. In this context, in this study, it is aimed to determine the relationship between lean production practices and employee productivity in manufacturing sector enterprises that apply the lean production management model. Design/methodology/approach – Face-to-face interview and questionnaire method were adopted as data collection method in the research. Structural equation models have been used for hypotheses that require examining the relationships between continuous variables from research hypotheses. Independent sample t-test was used to examine the differences between the two groups, and the Anova test was used to examine the differences between more than two groups. Findings – In this study; It has been revealed that all lean production management dimensions show strong positive relationships with all dimensions that make up employee productivity. In other words; as a result of the research, it has been revealed that there are significant and strong relationships between lean production management and employee productivity variables. Discussion – According to the results obtained, employee productivity differs according to the lean production implementation period.
