Development of Organizational Value Difference Scale

Purpose- The aim of this study is to develop the organizational value differences scale to find the value differences of the employees. Design/methodology/aproach- The research is a methodological study and was conducted with a ten-phase model. Data were collected from 1210 employees by survey method. Findings- The scale consists of a 9-factor structure with 48 statements. Cronbach's Alpha coefficient was 0.88, KMO value was 0.93 and total explained variance was 54,37. As a result of the Confirmatory Factor Analysis, it was found that the GFI value was 0.91, the NFI value was 0.93, the CFI value was 0.96, the CMIN/DF value was 2.54, and the RMSEA value was 0.036. Discussion- In order to increase the job performance of the employees in the organization, their value differences should be known. This scale, which was developed for organizations, is important in this sense.
