Purpose – This study is the subject of the evaluation of the logistics village projects planned in Diyarbakır and Şanlıurfa with integrated analysis of SWOT-AHS (Strongs, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats-Analytical Hierarchy Process) in TRC2 region provinces. Design/methodology/approach – Within the framework of the feasibility reports prepared on the logistics village scenarios of this region, which are called TRC2 region in the literature and covering Diyarbakir and Sanliurfa provinces, SWOT analysis data and expert opinions were evaluated by taking into consideration and evaluating the TRC2 region integrated SWOT analysis was performed. The data obtained in the ongoing process has been prioritized by SWOT-AHS integrated analysis method and the evaluation of the data reached has been made. Findings – As a result of the analyzes, the general reduction process was applied with deductive logic when determining the most appropriate location of the Logistics Center to be established in the TRC2 region. In this framework, it has been determined that the Diyarbakir region is the region that best meets these specific needs. This result was achieved by a detailed assessment of factors such as the logistics infrastructure of the region, its geographical advantages and economic dynamics. Discussion – This study addresses the strategic location of a Logistics Centre planned in the TRC2 region. This analysis reveals both the strengths of the region and the opportunities available. However, when evaluated in terms of regional stability, it is observed that some threat elements have a significant impact. On the other hand, the weaknesses are at a level that can be remedied, especially with the installation of infrastructure facilities. In this context, in the decision processes related to the establishment of a strategic Logistics Center, it is important to effectively evaluate these strengths and opportunities, as well as to take appropriate measures against potential threats.
