A Study on Employees’ Attitudes towards Transformational Leadership and Organizational Attachment

The aim of this research is to determined the employees’ attitudes on theorganizational commitment and transformational leadership behaviors. The study wasconducted in the four and five stars hotels in Antalya, Aydın and Muğla. The multiplefactor leadership scale (MLQ) and Allen and Meyer’s organizational commitment wasused in the study. It is found that employees have middle level attitudes against to the organizational commitment and transformational leadership according to results.
