Abstract

Recently, however women take part as qualitative more in business life, it is seen that they are not on senior manager levels. The reason which sets a barrier to reach the level of senior manager for women is “Glass Ceiling Syndrome” which does not seen ever but makes them feel its existence. The main target of our project in this concept is to research that whether women employee (White-collar and blue-collar) of large food premises which is active in Karaman has “Glass Ceiling Syndrome”. And also, we want to research that how this situation affects organizational commitment and job satisfaction. As a result of made analysis, (pointer and corroborative factor analysis, correlation and forage) it would be seen that whether there is a relation between glass ceiling sense and organizational commitment and job satisfaction.
