These kinds of organizations should select compatible and developable -of that compatibleness- individuals as they believe from the beginning of the recruitment process with a control focused approach. A leader, who is interested in individual problems of followers, praises and guides them, that affects their levels of job satisfaction incontrovertibly. For further studies, it may be useful for enriching the literature by revisiting related variables between public and private organizations comparatively.
