Abstract

The aim of this study is determine the effect of organizational justice on professional burnout at five-star hotels in Kemer, which is a major tourist destination. In this regard, questionnaire was applied to a total of 424 employees working in five star hotels in Kemer. The relationship between participants' perceptions of organizational justice and professional burnout levels was determined by correlation and regression analysis. As a result of the study, it was identified that there is a moderate negative relationship between professional burnout and organizational justice.
