In the literature review, no studies were found that examine the relationship between job craftsmanship, which is considered as one of the important variables of job demands and job resources theory and has been extensively researched, and the variables of visionary leadership and career satisfaction. For this reason, another aim of the study is to contribute to the field by evaluating from a different perspective. Quantitative data collection method was preferred in the study, and regression and correlation results were obtained in the analysis of the data obtained. Findings - The correlation analysis results of the study show that there are positive significant relationships between the variables examined. Regression analysis results also confirm these relationships and indicate that there are significant relationships between the variables. According to another finding obtained from the health institution where the research was conducted; While visionary leadership has an impact on business craftsmanship, it also has a partial mediating role in ensuring employee career satisfaction. Accordingly, it has been concluded that if healthcare sector managers apply the visionary leadership style situationally, employees' career satisfaction may increase and they may tend to engage in business craftsmanship behavior. Discussion – With this study, results were obtained that there are significant relationships between Visionary Leadership, Career Satisfaction, and Business Craftsmanship.
